Making a return?
Please include a note with the reason for returning so we may better serve you in the future. Once the item(s) is received and is deemed to be in unused condition, we will contact you letting you know when to expect your refund for the full purchase price. *Original & returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
Didn’t quite love it, but want another go?
Didn’t quite fit right or changed your mind? Just send us back the original item(s) to the address above. Please include a note specifying what you’re looking to exchange the item(s) for. If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, not a problem! We’ll send the you new item with no additional shipping charge. If the new item costs more than the original purchase, then we’ll contact you about the additional charges. On the flip side, if the item costs less than the original purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.
*2XL and 3XL items may be subject to additional charge
Shipping
You are responsible for all returning shipping charges. We will issue a return label if we have deemed that the mishap was on our part.
*Refunds and exchanges will not be granted if we do not receive the original item(s), or the item(s) have been used or worn.
